We ensure the quality and freshness of our product by monitoring every stage of Germinated Organic Rice (GOR) process closely, from planting & harvesting stages to processing, packaging & distributing stages. Stringent control at processing stage is applied, we only use reverse osmosis water that is free from bacteria. The air temperature and circulation are also monitored closely during drying process to maintain the high nutritional content in GOR.
GOR is an unpolished brown rice and red rice that underwent the process of germination. This germination process activates enzymes in brown and red rice that magnifies and liberates essential additional nutrients such as Gamma Amino Butyric Acid (GABA), Inositol Hexaphosphate (IP6), prolyl endopeptidase inhibitor, gamma oryzanol, tocotrienols, ferulic acid, dietary fiber, magnesium, potassium and zinc.
GOR can be effectively digested and assimilated in the body. Moreover, it is recognized as a functional food with high contents of nutrients beneficial to human body. The germination process creates softer and tastier rice, providing an enjoyable and wholesome meal for everyone including children, teenagers, adults and elderly.
